Roding is located in the north of the London Borough of Redbridge close to the border with Essex. We are lucky to have a very pleasant learning
environment with our own wooded area and field.

Our school is a large and spacious 1930s building with attractive architectural features typical of the period. The layout and size of our building means we can have a number of specialist teaching rooms, including a state-of-the-art ICT suite. Every classroom is also equipped with a Soundfield system which specifically improves communication with deaf pupils but also aids listening for every child. Every class also has an interactive whiteboard.

We have 480 pupils on roll, which includes our nursery with a 30 place setting for morning and afternoon groups.

There are two halls, bases for the hearing impaired pupils, a special needs base and a computer suite. Three playgrounds with apparatus give plenty of space for P.E lessons and play, while a field behind the school is also used for games and other activities.
